Merged Link Grid Components and Added IDs

The Link Grid and Link Grid - Set Columns components have been merged into a single Link Grid component. Ten components have been updated to support adding an ID to create a link target.

The following components have been updated to add an ID field:

  • Feed: News
  • Feed: News Carousel
  • [Homepage] Aztec Experience Call to Actions
  • [Homepage] Location Feature
  • [Homepage] Student Quotes
  • Image Comparison Slider
  • Image Gallery
  • Image with Caption
  • Info Box
  • Link Grid

Action Required

The existing Link Grid component has been renamed Link Grid v1 and disabled. Existing instances of this component on pages will continue to work, but should be replaced.

The existing Link Grid - Set Columns component has been renamed Link Grid, updated to support an ID field, and a new value has been added to the Number of Columns field. Before republishing any pages which already use this version of the Link Grid component, please update the Number of Columns field to ensure the desired output.

The new (default) value of the Number of Columns field is Auto-select. This option makes the component determine the number of columns the way the old Link Grid component did.
