Add Button Role to Lightbox Links

Scans indicated that the Image Gallery and Image with Caption components had accessibility issues when linking to a larger version of the image in a lightbox. Adding the appropriate role to the links to indicate that they behave as buttons addresses the issue.

If you have a page which uses either component it will need to be republished before it will pass the WCAG 2.1 AA scan in Level Access.
