Specify Tags to Hide on News Article

A new field has been added to the Page Parameters/Properties of News Articles. The Exclude Tags field allows the user to specify a comma-separated list of tags which will not be displayed on the page if they are included in the page's Tags.

This feature is primarily intended to hide one or more tags which may be applied to an article for internal purposes.

Note: The Exclude Tags field does not apply Tags to the page, that still has to be done in the Tags field. This new field just hides the listed Tags if they are applied to the page.

No Action Required

This field will automatically be included on all News Articles created after 9:10 this morning.

If you would like to add this field to an article which was previously created, please open a "General Site/Page Update Request - Omni CMS" in ServiceNow under Request a Service > Web Services > Omni CMS.
